It has been brought to my attention that many of you have questions/concerns in regards to the PSP Scripts I make.
There has been a considerable amount of drama lately in the scrap world regarding "Vectors" and the purchasing of the vectors and any other special licenses that are required to make PSP Scripts with the Vectors.
I have followed every rule, regulation, and all TOU required in purchasing and making all of the PSP Scripts that are for sale in my store and offered on my blog as a freebie. I am not in anyway worried of being in trouble for any wrongdoing, and there is no reason for anyone who wishes to purchase my PSP Scripts to be worried whether they are TOU compliant.
I am more than happy to assist anyone who has questions. But what I wont tolerate is being "demanded" and "ordered" to "show proof" that I have made all the necessary purchases for extended licenses. That attitude will get you no where with me. I will not be ordered or demanded to do anything. Again, I am not worried of being in any kind of violation. I have never been contacted that I have violated a TOU, license agreement, etc. And I have no worries that I ever will be contacted for such.

It's unfortunate that you take such an attitude, because it leaves you looking as though you do not hold the appropriate licencing. It seems rather obvious that anyone who held the correct licencing would immediately show it, when asked, regardless of the tone used when asking for it. This makes all of us who are careful to be complaint much more than hesitant to buy or use or recommend that others buy or use your scripts. Legitimate designers are ALWAYS willing to immediately show proof of copyright compliance. To do anything else appears very, very shady. I would recommend, if you asked me (which you haven't) that you publish all such information, and quell the questions, or all legitimate designers will have to assume that you are a pirate. It's pretty basic: if someone refuses to show they have the proper licences, we have no recourse but to assume that they can't show them, because they don't hold them.
